Students and faculty can access compact and flexible course materials led by today’s leading experts. These micro-courses build crucial professional skills, allowing students and alumni to pursue fulfilling and financially viable careers, thus increasing retention within the field of music.
Our mission is to create pathways to career success for musicians of varied backgrounds and aspirations through online education, mentorship and community.
Each expert-led Micro-Course includes a series of short, modular videos on career development topics. Along with these videos are workbooks designed by our experts to help your students engage with the topic at hand. Additionally, we provide resource lists with courses to help students dig deeper into each area.

Students have the option join our curated, moderated Facebook Community to join discussions, get personalized feedback, and network with like-minded artists and professionals from around the world.
The iCadenza Team hosts a number of weekly opportunities through our iCadenza Facebook Community where students can ask specific questions about their projects or career development activities. These include weekly coaching comment threads, Facebook Lives, and special events.
There are two ways to customize your access to Coro by iCadenza:
Designed specifically for use in the classroom, the iCadenza Career Library offers access to Coro’s library of Micro-Courses to supplement existing coursework.
When students purchase the iCadenza Career Library, they gain access to our ever-growing library of Micro-Courses created by expert contributors.
The courses are flexible, modular, and fit seamlessly into existing entrepreneurship curriculum for classroom teachers, studio instructors, or support staff.
Access is purchased by semester or by year to offer students and faculty a cost-effective option for cutting edge career development resources.
For schools looking to share Coro with all of their students, iCadenza is able to provide access to students, faculty, and support staff through a university-wide license.
Coro helps to supplement Career Center services, classroom lessons, studio courses, and even individual student studies.
